An attendee tried nabbing himself a copy of Breach, an upcoming from controversial developer Atomic Games, only to end up caught by police red-handed.

Joystiq has the story of the not-so-bright gamer who attempted to download a copy of the game before he was arrested.

Studio president Peter Tamte told the site, "This guy had only succeeded in copying about 14MB to his laptop before our staff caught him. Because of the work we do for military and intelligence organizations, we take security like this very seriously."

The game wasn't stolen in the end and Breach is still on track for release via Live and PlayStation Network later this year.
