Left 4 Dead 2 DLC delayed
Release date passing
Originally slated for release at the end of March, Valve has quietly pushed back the release of Left 4 Dead 2 downloadable episode "The Passing."
Kotaku reports the delay based on the UK "Inside Xbox" show that airs over Xbox Live.
"The Passing," which is the first download for Left 4 Dead 2, sets up a meeting between the cast of the first game and the new characters in the sequel. Three maps are promised.
Valve hasn't provided any reason for the delay, only reassigning a vague "spring" release for the download. In addition, a price of 560 Microsoft Points is provided as a peace offering in light of the indefinite release date.
