After five years of management the Online servers are to close.

Following last November's layoffs at Beautiful Game Studios, the team behind the game, are winding down the servers on April the 30th.

Jadestone, who co-developed the football management MMO with Beautiful Game released the following statement: "The game, the brand, the internet domain and the subscriptions are all owned by Eidos and the decision to cease the service is entirely theirs to make. The decision was made unilaterally by them, and we are not at liberty to comment on any reasoning."

There will be no more sign-ups for either one or three month subscriptions, with the one month subscribers losing their service on March 30th. Premium subscribers will get the full service right up to April 30th.
