Word on the street has it that everyone's favourite blue hedgehog - set for a rejuvenating adventure in 4 this summer - could also make an appearance in Super Galaxy 2.

Sonic and Mario have also teamed up in Sega's popular Olympic titles - making a cameo entirely possible.

The rumoured inclusion is mooted in NGamer, Sonic set to star in the Green Hill Galaxy level.
