Speaking with IGN, marketing big wig Peter Dille has said that the will be outselling the within 10 years.

"I dont think [360 will] be around in 10 years so I'm very confident we'll pass them within that time frame," Dille enthuses.

"I mean, we've got 31 million [units sold] worldwide right now - they've got 39 million [units sold]. I don't even need to go out 10 years."

Dille wouldn't be drawn into confirming anything more specific on Sony's outlook, although recent figures do seem to hint at the PS3 closing the gap somewhat. More soon.
