FF XIII Xbox squeezed onto 3 discs

Despite serious concerns about storage capacity, the Xbox 360 version of Final Fantasy XIII has been squeezed onto a small trio of DVDs.
Game rental and retailer GameFly notes that the game comes in a three-disc set when sent out for rental. While Square Enix hasn't confirmed this, it sounds legitimate to us, especially considering how close we are to the game's release.
Three discs would put Final Fantasy XIII behind Lost Odyssey, which shipped with four discs. The question now is how are these discs packaged? Lost Odyssey was fair scrutinised for packing discs in cheap paper wrappers inside the plastic case.
We'll know how much Square Enix loves its series when we unveiled the packaging on the day of release, March 9.
