Konami apologises for PES 2014 online issues on the 360, they're working on it
Konami has issued an official apology over the issues that have prevented many Xbox 360 gamers from getting online with PES 2014.
Data Pack 1.00 which is required in order to play online stalls around the 50 percent mark while downloading with the error message “Download File Is Broken” for many Xbox 360 gamers.
Konami has stressed that they are working with Microsoft to find a speedy solution to the problem and they have promised that they are working to address a whole range of issues that have arisen with the game.
In the meantime the next patch to arrive will add a few new features including the 11 vs 11 online mode, which probably isn't much consolation to 360 gamers right now.
President of Konami, Shinji Hirano said, "We would like to apologise to any users who have been unable to enjoy PES2014 online and would like to reassure fans we'll be fixing the issue as quickly as possible. In the meantime we're setting up a special section on the PES 2014 site to keep users up to date on issues, feedback and general help with the product. Our customer support team is also providing as much personal support as possible."
