Speaking with USA Today at CES in Las Vegas, boss Kazunori Yamauchi has said that 5 was delayed from a March release in because it isn't complete.

"About 90% of the game is done. We are just working on the last 10% and polishing up everything," Yamauchi offered.

"It might be used to maybe control the user interface like you would a mouse, but thats the extent we would use it for," the big cheese added on the prospect of motion controller support.

While a of a month was initially mooted following news of the slippage, are now listing the release date as "TBA" in Japan, suggesting there could still be some time to go.
