A director's cut of Broken Sword: Shadow of the Templars is being assembled for and iPod touch and should be available within the next month.

Following a superb adaption of Beneath a Steel Sky, Revolution Software has turned its efforts to bringing lauded adventure game Broken Sword: Shadow of the Templars to iPhone.

PocketGamer details the release as boasting new cinematics, animation, artwork, and an in-game hint system.

While no firm date has been given for the game's release to the App Store, managing director Charles Cecil hopes to have it out within the next 30 days or so.
