We still are in the dark about Hironobu Sakaguchi's next game, though he's now letting the world know that a formal unveil of the new title should be expected in the spring.

Thanks to translation work by Siliconera of Sakaguchi's blog post, we know that he intends to reveal the unnamed game early in the new year.

While we're not certain that it's a role-playing game, we're pretty confident given that it's Sakaguchi's speciality.

Whatever it is, work on the game is nearly done, meaning we can probably expect a release before the end of 2010.
