Army of Two: The 40th Day demo coming soon
Taster looms
EA have announced that a demo of the sequel to their popular co-op, Army of Two, shooter will hit PlayStation network and Xbox Live Marketplace this week
This time around Salem and Rios will find themselves fighting their way out of a rapidly self-destructing Shanghai.
EA claims that the game will feature "unparalleled immersive co-operative gameplay" and an exceptionally robust weapon customisation system that allow mixing and matching of components found all through the game.
The weapon customisation system forms part of The 40th Day's strategic co-operative gameplay that EA are touted as a "one-of-a-kind" experience.
The game's executive producer, Reid Schneider, said: "THE 40TH DAY is non-stop action in an explosive Shanghai. The game has been designed with a focus on co-op gameplay and it has been our goal to refine this core experience in all aspects of the game. The demo will give players the opportunity to experience this evolution and the new co-op moves and tactics available to players at any time in the game."
The demo will arrive on PlayStation network for PlayStation 3 and Xbox Live Marketplace on December 17th with the PSP version coming to North America on January 7th and Europe on January 14th.
