Final Fantasy XIII to clock in at upwards of 60 hours
Square Enix to deliver after three-year wait
Though it is no surprise to hear that a Final Fantasy game is going to eat into days upon days of your life, it is a refreshing reassurance to get the news after the roughly three-year wait for FFXIII.
Here's what FFXIII director Motomu Toriyama had to say to Kotaku: "For XIII, the size of the entire game is considerable. Just running through the main story takes experienced players over 50 hours. For the first time, I think it's possible to play through in full in about 60 hours or so."
If you're a Final Fantasy fan, or if you're just someone who needs something to consume hours upon hours of your empty life, this game could be quite the boon for you. One can only imagine the monster it could become with side quests factored in.
We'll let you know more as we hear it.
