A brand new 'Create' mode is set to hit next week, and have revealed.

This fresh functionality will see players able to co-operate on the design of new levels online, via the PlayStation Network.

Apparently, as many as four players will be able to work together on new levels, this mode arriving as part of the 1.21 update to the game.
