No Final Fantasy XIII DLC at launch
Japanese exec plays down content plans
Speaking ahead of Final Fantasy's Japanese launch - which takes place on the 17th of December - Square Enix boss Yoshinori Kitase has said that there will be no DLC supporting the game's December 17th debut.
Fresh content was originally mooted for release alongside the game in Japan, but this is now seemingly off the cards - according to Kitase's new comments.
"Unfortunately, it has been decided that no DL contents will be available for the Japanese version due out in December, while no decision has been made for the overseas versions."
A Western release is planned for March 9th.
