Sony's colourful title Calling All Cars will be shutting down soon, servers supporting the game set to cease service come January of next year.

Apparently, David Jaffe's opus simply isn't pulling in the punters like it needs to, and PSN support will soon be axed by Sony's overlords.

"On January 14, 2010 the servers for Calling All Cars will be taken off-line. We would like to thank ya for yar support," read a message delivered to players this week.

It is still unclear what Jaffe, and his Eat, Sleep, Play studio are working on next. We'll keep our eyes peeled.
