Of course, there are mitigating circumstances, the exclusive being beaten to the number one position by Sports' gigantic 10 - which always tends to be a chart favourite.

Operation Fashpoint: Dragon Rising slips slightly to number three, and can taken some credit from being Codemasters' most successful launch title ever.

Another new entry, Brutal Legend, joins the all-formats chart in a respectable seventh place.
