Japanese gaming giants and are once again taking on the pirates, doing battle with those caught selling the R4 cart, which allows players to use copied game software.

Reports suggest that 53 other game publishers are joining forces as part of this assault on the R4, which was outlawed in earlier this year.

The new court case will begin soon, in Japan. Thanks Gamasutra.
