Call of Duty film under discussion?
Bowling in talks with Hitman director
Reports emerging this morning suggest that Infinity Ward and Activision are in the midst of discussions that could see a movie based on the Call of Duty series undertaken.
Modern Warfare designer Rob Bowling has already admitted on Twitter to having lunch with Hitman director Xavier Gens, while Trademork report that the Call of Duty name has already been reserved for use in a movie.
Bowling admitted that he was talking "game films" with Gens, while the filing linked to a potential Call of Duty flick was only made on the 21st of September.
So, we've nothing official yet then - but it certainly seems as if those with a vested interested in the series are exploring their options. More soon.
