Andre Emerson, the man behind the Dead to Rights series and once an executive producer at Vivendi Universal Games, is to become the boss of 20th Century Fox's brand new games studio.

While at VU, Emerson was also in charge of the 50 Cent series, producing WET, Brutal Legend and of course Dead to Rights according to Gamasutra.

"Andre has a phenomenal background in video game production with a fair balance of licensing experience that will bring a wealth of knowledge and insight to our team," beams Fox's Gary Rosenfeld.

"We're looking forward to Andre contributing his expertise as we expand our presence in this space."
