Impressive-looking water-based game Hydrophobia will be getting an Live release in episodic form, developer Dark Energy Digital have announced today.

According to reports (thanks Eurogamer) each chunk of the game will last five hours, with episodes released over a 12 month spell.

No release date has been mooted, but this 360 exclusive will star a lady called Kate, who is trapped in the depths of a sinking ship following a terrorist attack.

A tense thriller is planned, including clever water-based puzzles, while the developers tell us that the title may get more episodes if it proves a hit with players.
