Word on the street this afternoon has it that Naughty Dog's exclusive 2 will be released on the 16th of October across Europe, the game slated to arrive in North America a day earlier.

If true, Sony's dating (reported by Eurogamer.net) will see the hotly anticipated title arriving a little earlier than expected.

With a little luck we'll have a full review of this for you next week, while the game was originally expected out on the 23rd of October.
