SouthPeak have today confirmed that their title Section 8 has been pushed back by a week. Eurogamer.net got word of the slippage from the publisher.

The game is complete, we're told, but apparently some sort of problem in the manufacturing process of the discs themselves has necessitated a slight delay.

"The game is now being released on September 11 not September 4 due to a small in the manufacturing process," reads official word from the game maker.

The action title will be released on the and 360. We'll be taking a closer look soon.
