Danny Wallace to voice Assassin's Creed 2

Brit writer is game guide

Comedian and writer Danny Wallace will be lending his voice to the upcoming Ubisoft title Assasin's Creed 2.

Starring as the player's guide Shaun Hastings Danny will be a source of information throughout the game.

"Going right back to my days of working on Sega Power, I've always been a keen gamer, and being involved - and actually being in a game like Assassin's Creed II is amazing! I have to say, Im rather excited," Wallace said.

"When the UK suggested Danny to us, we were completely open to the idea," said script writer Corey May. "Danny has been fantastic to work with, and his manner and particular style of humor has worked out perfect for the role of Shaun."

Wallace has worked on numerous medias in the past, including his TV series "How to Start Your Own Country", and the book that spun off into the Jim Carrey film "Yes Man".
