PSP gets micro games, Marvel comics and new colours
Sony await PSP Go with baited breath
Sony's PSP briefing is in full swing right now, and we mean right now, with SCEE big cheese Andrew House talking up the bright future awaiting the PSP handheld - with the 'Go' model looming ever nearer.
A new digital reader is one of the new features on the way for the handheld, Marvel Comics' Ira Rubenstein taking to the stage to confirm that all the comic book maker's wares will be offered eventually in digital form.
Marvel are very optimistic about the new platform on which they'll be distributing their creations, and they believe it could one day be the most important way of accessing their comics.
Meanwhile, House also tells us that a selection of PSP mini games (or should that be micro games? - Ed) are on the way, the PlayStation Store set to offer tiny titles less than 1Mb in size.
The service will offer the PSP Go fifteen titles on day one, and there will be more than fifty by the end of 2009.
The PSP 3000 SKU, meanwhile, is getting some new colours, turquoise green blossom pink and lilac purple shown off by the executive on stage.
