Developer GRIN could face closure
Job losses mount as rumours circle
Development studio GRIN, one of Europe's larger independent game makers, could be facing up to the prospect of closure this week.
Reports have it that the firm is presently involved in "significant layoffs", according to Gamasutra, who also reveal that the company as a whole is simply "struggling to stay afloat".
The firm already laid-off over 100 developers in May, following the release of Bionic Commando, although executives at the firm are currently refusing to comment on these rumours.
Tittle-tattle has it that the Swedish developer has now closed offices in Barcelona and Gothenburg, with even the firm's Stockholm headquarters under threat.
We'll bring you more on this as we get it.
