Xbox Live users stateside now have a new way to pay for downloadable items and other content offered via the 360's platform, confirming support of Paypal this morning.

While you won't be able to pay for stuff using the online payments system directly on your console, you will get the option to link your Paypal account to your Xbox.com account.

This will allow users to quickly use Paypal in order to top up their accounts, should they prefer to use this option on the interweb, rather than buy items in the traditional ways.
