Revealing their first-quarter financial results, publishing giant admitted that there is still much work to be done, big boss revealing a loss of 234 million USD for the quarter.

The firm made a loss of 95 million USD during the same quarter in the year prior, dropping to 644 million USD from 804 million USD a year ago.

"Good execution delivered better-than-expected financial results in the first quarter," Riccitiello offered, striking a positive note despite the big loss.

"We are very pleased with the success of both The 3 and Active."

EA Sports Active has so far sold over 1.8 million copies on the Wii, with 3 managing a whopping 3.7 million in sales.
