Comic book hit-turned Scott Pilgrim will be made into a game, currently being developed by Montreal. That's the word from IGN this week.

Bryan Lee O'Malley's creation was revealed at Comic Con, we're told, and the new game will follow in the footsteps of the comic books, rather than the movie.

2D brawling will be the main staple of the gameplay, we hear, while a release in 2010 seems to be on the cards.

We've never read any of the Scott Pilgrim comics. Can anyone tell us any more about this?
