Eidos Interactive are preparing for their transition to become Europe, and while job losses are expected Square hope to minimize this and will offer support to those impacted.

A number of top jobs have been re-shuffled in anticipation of this fresh start, with vice-president Larry Sparks taking on Square's Japanese catalogue in Europe.

"The combined expertise of our companies, means we have an extremely talented team in the UK, a team who under Mike Sherlock's leadership I am sure will deliver results and drive our business forwards," offers CEO Phil Rogers, talking up co-CEO Sherlock's role as head of marketing, PR and sales.
