Resident Evil 4 iPhone coming to the West

Soon after Japan launch apparently

The wonderful world of Twitter has seen Capcom confirm that the iPhone version of Resident Evil 4 will indeed be making its way to gamers here in the West.

With Japan all set to get their hands on the game at the end of this month it now seems that the rest of the world will be given the chance to kill some zombies "shortly thereafter".

After a brief accidental early release on the Japanese iTunes App Store earlier this week the internet has been filling up with videos and more concrete info about the game.

It would seem players will be taking Leon Kennedy around a Spanish village using an on-screen analogue stick and have to press buttons on the opposite side of the screen to do things like run, shoot and attack zombies with a knife.
