A couple of new expansion packs, for both EverQuest I and II, have been confirmed today, the first EverQuest getting it's 16th pack, it's sequel its sixth (incredible).

Sony announced the new updates at their annual Fan Faire held in Las Vegas, the original EverQuest pack called Underfoot, and set to offer new underground zones to explore. This pack will be released in November.

Meanwhile, SOE are also hard at work on Sentinel's Gate for EverQuest II. The update is out in February and is set to increase the game's level cap to 90. Players will be able to garner XP replaying older content with higher level characters too. New achievements will also be added.
