New Koei, Tecmo game on the way

Newly joined game makers plan new title

Koei and Tecmo have completed their merger, and now Koei Tecmo Holdings are going to consider a gaming tie-up to consolidate their new marriage.

With the business out of the way, we hear some form of collaboration could be on the cards; Xtreme Dynasty Warriors: Beach Volleyball, perhaps?

This from Kotaku: "Tecmo and Koei are combining titles to launch a new game. The aim is to bring in fans of both."

We've no idea when this new creation might arrive, but Tecmo do own big franchises like Ninja Gaiden and Dead or Alive, while Koei are most famous for the Dynasty Warriors series. More shortly.
