Activision attempt to block release of Brutal Legend

Dispute getting nasty

Activision are suing to stop the release of Double Fine's upcoming title Brutal Legend.

The lawsuit claims that the developer Double Fine transferred the rights to publish the game to EA. Activision claim to still have a valid contract to release the title to have funded the development to the tune of 15m USD.

Heavily promoted at this weeks E3 conference the game features Jack Black voicing a roadie character fighting evil.
