Speaking at their E3 briefing, boss Cammie Dunaway has talked up the clout of the original Fit - a 15 million worldwide seller. The platform holder has also lifted the lid on Wii Fit Plus.

The new title promises to help players stick to their routines, offering more evolution of your work-out, as wel as being more customisable.

In addition to new work-out options, Wii Fit Plus will also offer up a range of fun-focussed games - mini-games more reminiscent of Wii Sports.

Wii Fit Plus is out this winter, and will be sold with and without the balance board (which Nintendo now regard almost as a separate games platform).
