DSi outsells DS Lite in Europe
Go go gadget sales
Ahead of their imminent E3 Press Conference, Nintendo have just announced that the DSi has sold through 1 million units in Europe alone. This is all the more impressive as it is five weeks faster that DS lite took to hit the milestone.
The new version of the DS launched on April 3 and offered gamers a new sleek look complete with matt finish, camera and SD slot.
Although it is a little perplexing as to what is driving these sales in terms of features, the new handheld does offer the nifty bility to create, customise and share photos, listen to and play with music as well as downloading new games directly.
No doubt, lots more Nintendo news later this morning.
