EA Sports show off at E3
Online, new franchises and Pete Sampras
Peter Moore was on hand at EA's E3 media briefing in order to show off their range of big name releases.
Demonstrating an impressive Tyson versus Ali bout, we're told Fight Night Round 4 will be released on June 25th.
Peter Moore also confirmed that EA Sports are hard at work on a brand new franchise called MMA. MMA will be all about martial arts, with EA Tiburon at the helm.
A raft of new online features for Madden NFL 10 were also confirmed, allowing players to manage their teams online - and these new team building features are part of a wider effort from EA Sports to offer access to their games via the web and on iPhone platforms.
EA Sports Active has also sold an impressive 600,000 units, with the first expansion pack due out this winter. Moore described the game as the title he is most proud to be involved in.
Showing off Grand Slam Tennis, ex-tennis ace Pete Sampras took to the stage in order to endorse EA Sports' new MotionPlus utilizing tennis game. Grand Slam Tennis is also one of the few games to feature Wimbledon, too.
