Speaking at EA's E3 press briefing, BioWare's chiefs have taken to the stage to talk-up their new RPG, Dragon Age: Origins.

According to big cheese Ray Muzyka, the title is all about "violence, lust and betrayal", and it promises to be the spiritual successor to Baldur's Gate.

According to the chiefs, the new will be released on the PC, and come October 20th.

The game is expected to spark a brand new series for and EA, the developers working hard on a brand new fantasy lore.
