Microsoft have confirmed that Last.fm is on the way to Live, offering gamers access to millions of songs via a deal that will give Gold users free access.

More over, Microsoft are now offering full integration over Xbox Live. The service will boast a Live specific interface, offering simple access to the most popular features of the social network. A degree of game integration also looks to be on the cards - as demonstrated via Golf.

Twitter will be fully integrated into Xbox Live, too, with both services set to land this autumn.

Microsoft have also confirmed today that they are rebranding their video offering as Zune Video - with full 1080p visuals now on the cards.

No download times are promised, with instant access to all HD visuals.
