After bringing you news of the turntable peripheral for Scratch: The Ultimate DJ, we're staying on a hip hop tip with news that rival scratching title will feature more than a staggering 100 tracks when the game ships.

Activision released the news today, detailing that there will be tracks from the likes of 50 Cent, Black Eyed Peas, Beastie Boys, Beck, NERD and Marvin Gaye.

Original mixes will be made by DJ AM, DJ Z-Trip and DJ Shadow especially for the game.

Activision's DJ Hero will ship towards the end of the year and ther'll inevitably be more emerging from E3.
