Veteran game designer has been judged Famitsu magazine's 'Person of the Year'; the game maker collecting his award, which was announced yesterday.

Metal Gear Solid 4 got a 'High Quality' gong, while Solid Snake was described as 'Character of the Year'.

Capcom is apparently the 'Company of the Year', while Portable 2nd G was 'Game of the Year' and 'Bestseller'.
