Microsoft have today unveiled their latest financial results, covering the quarter that ends on March 31st. The firm made revenues of 13.65 billion USD, with 1.57 billion USD covering the Entertainment and Devices division - the included.

Worryingly for Microsoft, total revenues dropped for the first time in the company's history, down 6 per cent, while the part of the business also shed 2 per cent.

On the plus side, Xbox 360 console were up 30 per cent on 2008, shifting an impressive 1.7 million systems over the quarter.
