Case 39 producer Kevin Misher is apparently hard at work on a new based on the hit Shadow of the Colossus video game.

Columbia Pictures will work with Misher on the new project, although it sounds as if details are more than a little scant at present.

FirstShowing report of this new flick, also letting slip that Masters of the Universe writer Justin Marks has been signed up to pen the plot.

Some have argued that this is one of the best games of all time, coming from the creator of the seminal ICO, so it will be interesting to see what can be made of it in cinematic translation.
