Silent Hill: Shattered Memories official on Wii
Coming to PS2 and PSP as well
A new announcement from publisher Konami this afternoon confirms what we more-than suspected already, that a new Wii version of Silent Hill is on the way, called Shattered Memories.
Beyond the Wii console, Shattered Memories will also be crafted for the PS2 and PSP as well.
Apparently, the game will be a fresh take on the first ever Silent Hill title - the game that kick-started the long-running horror series. Harry Mason will star, once again, on the hunt for his missing daughter.
The game promises to make use of the Wii controls via inventive control mechanics, such as using the Wiimote as a torch or mobile phone.
A release this autumn is planned.
