It has today been revealed that BMX ace Dave Mirra has put his differences (read: litigation), with publisher Acclaim behind them, and that the two parties will now embark on creating a new series of BMX titles for a variety of platforms.

Dave Mirra originally filed a $21 million suit with Acclaim over the awful BMX XXX, but this has apparently been settled out of court and now they're both best of friends again and ready to embark on a brand new official Mirra title.

Nice to see the lawyer's snubbed, for a change.
