Microsoft are proudly boasting about the number of so far accrued by hit Wars, the exclusive having now passed one million sales worldwide according to the publisher.

As well as shifting the one-million tally, the game has so far passed 2.6 million matches on Live, with 200,000 players typically duking it out daily.

Halo Wars is of course Ensemble's swansong, the studio delivering the first non-FPS Halo title, before being unceremoniously closed by Microsoft.
