Microsoft have this morning confirmed a brand new Game with Fame initiative, with veteran rockers Pearl Jam taking centre stage to do battle with Live gamers.

Pearl Jam drummer Matt Cameron will be taking to Live next Friday, March 27th, at 7.00pm EST.

The event will be held in honour of the release of Pearl Jam's debut album Ten on Rock Band, as well as the re-release of the seminal album in stores.

To take part you'll need to send a friend request to the gamertag: "Pearl Jam GWF", and take to the web half an hour before kick-off.
