World at War map pack on the way
Out on the 19th with four new maps
Treyarch are planning the expansion of Call of Duty: World at War, revealing that a downloadable map pack will be released on March 19th for the PS3 and Xbox 360. PC users will have to await further instructions.
There are four maps in the new slice of DLC, with a demo of co-op Xbox 360 mode Hard Landing available on Microsoft's console now.
Station is the first of the four stages, offering a bombed out underground station, and then there's Fire-bombed Berlin, a brutal romp through the city's streets. Knee Deep is next up, a tropical island home turned jungle battlefield after the arrival of a Japanese command centre. Lastly there's Veruckt, a four-player co-op feast, set in a Zombie asylum on the edge of Berlin.
More on this pack next week, we imagine.
