Creative Assembly unflustered by piracy
Studio won't panic in the face of the sharers
Speaking with Videogamer, Creative Assembly big-wig Vispi Bhoptihas has said that trying to take on videogame pirates is a pointless exercise.
Creative Assembly are of course busy working away on new RTS Stormrise, but the studio are adamant that delaying the release of a PC version of the game isn't the way to combat those illegally copying and sharing.
"If people are going to pirate a game they're going to pirate a game. All you can do is delay the piracy, really. But that's just the nature of the beast.
"We are a PC developer, that's where we started, so you do what you gotta do. We've got Games for Windows Live activation, so it's pretty solid."
Stormrise is due out in March for the PC, Xbox 360 and PS3.
