Hideo Kojima has been announced as the keynote speaker at the 2009 Game Developers Conference.

Think Services have confirmed that Kojima will be presenting "Solid Game Design: Making the 'Impossible' Possible".

"The Game Developers Conference has invited to keynote every year for as long as I can remember, so we couldn't be more excited that, at long last, he feels that it is time for him to address the game community," said Meggan Scavio, event director of the GDC.

Kojima is creator of the popular Metal Gear series and joins president and Lionhead's on the list of speakers.

The GDC will take place from March 23rd to the 27th in San Francisco.
