Movie industry-backed game developer Brash may have collapsed with the advent of the 'credit crunch', but Jigsaw will still be sending a shiver down your spine in the future - the rights to the Saw game acquired by Konami.

The new game - which Brash had been working on for some time - will be released by as part of a deal with Lionsgate Films. A debut this autumn is likely, alongside the release of Saw 6 in cinemas.

Brash finally went down in November last year, but there had been trouble even before that point - the game maker criticised over quality while speculation about funding rumbled on.
